REVERSE MORTGAGES
Reverse mortgages are designed for homeowners who are 55 years and older. Reverse mortgages allow you to access up to 55% of your homes equity and convert it to cash. This can be done as a lump sum payment or monthly payouts, and that money can be used to pay off debt, improve your quality of life, add safety features to your home, gift money to family, or expand your investment portfolio.
